Integrated Arab Services Group for Information Technology and Training has announced the completion of its 100% acquisition of Moscar Business Solutions in August 2026. The strategic transaction is designed to accelerate the Group’s expansion across information technology, artificial intelligence and automation, while strengthening its presence in Arab markets during the next phase.
The acquisition of Moscar represents a new step in the Group’s strategy to build an integrated ecosystem of technology companies and services. It also enables the Group to benefit from Moscar’s previous experience across technology solutions, software development, digital transformation, enterprise resource planning systems, technology outsourcing and business services.
Founded in 2021, Moscar Business Solutions has built a presence in the business solutions and information technology sector, serving clients in Egypt and Gulf markets. Its experience spans SAP, Odoo, technology outsourcing, software development, contact centers and digital transformation services.
These capabilities align with the company’s registered technology activities, which include software, application and database development; information systems; data and communications centers; specialized information and communications technology consultancy and studies; training; technology transfer; and entrepreneurship support.
AI and Automation at the Forefront of the New Phase
Following the acquisition, the Group plans to develop Moscar’s business model and significantly expand its service portfolio, placing AI and automation solutions at the forefront of the company’s next phase.
Moscar will focus on helping organizations adopt artificial intelligence in their daily operations, automate procedures and repetitive tasks, connect business systems and platforms, and develop AI agents. The company will also build tailored digital systems and platforms that enable businesses to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and make faster, more accurate decisions.
The company also plans to expand its Business Process Automation and workflow automation services, integrate AI tools and technologies with a wide range of enterprise systems, and develop tailored solutions that reflect the needs and operating context of each sector.
Expanding Training in AI and Modern Programming
The company’s new direction also includes growth in training and professional development through specialized programs in artificial intelligence, automation, digital transformation, and software development using AI technologies.
These programs will serve individuals, teams and organizations, with a focus on practical AI applications in business environments. They will also cover the use of modern AI tools in developing websites, applications and digital platforms, as well as training development teams to use AI coding tools to improve productivity and accelerate software delivery.
This direction supports the Group’s vision of combining technology, training, consulting and institutional transformation within an integrated ecosystem that helps Arab organizations keep pace with rapid developments in artificial intelligence.
Saudi Arabia as the First Expansion Destination
The Group has placed Saudi Arabia at the forefront of its target markets for the new phase. Procedures are already underway to establish an official Moscar presence in the Kingdom, including obtaining the investment license and completing the regulatory requirements needed to begin formal operations in the Saudi market.
The Saudi presence is planned to become a primary hub for Moscar’s AI, automation, software solutions, digital transformation and training services, in line with the strong growth in the Kingdom’s adoption of advanced technology, digital solutions and artificial intelligence.
Expansion in the Kingdom also builds on Moscar’s previous experience with the Saudi market and its longstanding focus on delivering technology and business services to companies in Saudi Arabia and across the Gulf.
A New Phase of Regional Growth
Integrated Arab Services Group for Information Technology and Training emphasized that the acquisition is more than a transfer of ownership. It marks the beginning of a new phase focused on redeveloping and expanding Moscar’s operations and investing in modern technology services and products for organizations across the Arab region.
During the coming period, the Group plans to strengthen Moscar’s technical and operational capabilities, grow its team, establish new technology partnerships, and enter additional Arab markets. Priority will be given to Saudi Arabia and the Gulf states alongside the Egyptian market.
The Group is also developing Moscar’s identity and service ecosystem for the new phase, combining the experience the company has built since its establishment with the Group’s capabilities in information technology, training and business development.
The acquisition forms part of a broader expansion plan adopted by Integrated Arab Services Group for Information Technology and Training to build a portfolio of specialized companies and brands capable of delivering integrated solutions to businesses and institutions, with a particular focus on AI, automation, software development, digital transformation and technology training.
Further announcements are expected in the coming period covering Moscar’s new services, products and initiatives, as well as details of its official presence in Saudi Arabia and its regional expansion plans.
